We are on the lookout for a seasoned and assertive Executive Vice President to spearhead a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing team at DJE Holdings.

The marketing division engages in a variety of cross-sector initiatives, intellectual property development, events, partnerships, and employee programs, all aimed at generating impactful content across multiple channels and formats that enhance DJE Holdings' visibility while driving growth through client engagement and lead generation.

In this capacity, the Executive Vice President will collaborate with the regional team to formulate and implement the marketing and communications strategy for the agency's largest operational area.

This position entails overseeing and coordinating all daily marketing activities, emphasizing planning, project management, reporting, lead generation campaigns, and executing initiatives that align with the firm’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with DJE Holdings' business objectives and growth plans.

Establish and maintain a detailed activity calendar and briefing documents for all marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with clear, achievable goals and timelines.

Supervise the daily execution of the marketing team's activities, including corporate communications, public relations, events, content creation, intellectual property, digital marketing, case studies, and customer relationship management.

Guide team members daily to ensure timely completion of projects and campaigns with a focus on high-quality delivery.

Provide regular performance reports across campaigns for various audiences, including executive leadership.

Manage the marketing budget on a daily basis, working closely with the core team to monitor progress and ensure effective budget utilization for positive returns on investment.

Play a strategic role in driving critical business initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts and enhancing employee experience, which influence both internal and external reputations.

Lead multi-channel campaigns that support the organization’s growth sectors.

Develop and execute media strategies that position DJE Holdings and its personnel as thought leaders in the marketing, communications, and creative sectors.

Curate and oversee a pipeline of profiling opportunities for executives and experts within the organization to elevate the agency's and its talent's profiles.

Act as a brand steward, ensuring the production of high-quality and inspiring content.


Basic Qualifications:

7-12 years of experience in Marketing and Communications.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive, well-rounded marketing experience in progressively responsible roles, with at least five years in leadership positions.

Ability to interpret and operationalize business strategies, aligning team activities to ensure operational excellence that supports business goals.

Dynamic, energetic, and empathetic leadership style – someone who empowers and mentors teams to achieve success while being an effective decision-maker who leads the planning, creation, and execution of all marketing activities.

Proven project management capabilities and exceptional organizational skills.

Strong understanding of contemporary integrated marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient copywriting and editing abilities.

Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively across functions to achieve results throughout the organization, bringing a partnership mindset to the role.

In-depth knowledge of current affairs, trends, and industry topics.

Familiarity with digital marketing systems, including web, CRM, and paid media, and experience in creating effective lead generation campaigns.

Experience in media relations.

Approachable demeanor with a flexible work attitude, capable of building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.

Ability to take initiative while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.


Compensation:
Salary range: $122,000 - $210,000 annually. An employee's position within this range will be determined by various factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, contractual agreements, and organizational needs. This range is just one aspect of DJE Holdings' total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
