Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to meet quarterly and annual objectives
  • Lead the Fundraise Management team in all stages of the fundraising lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement a stakeholder management strategy to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with fundraising
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team to develop and implement investment strategies
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to support fundraising efforts
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, including closed-ended funds
  • Strong understanding of the LP landscape and preferences, styles, and requirements across key regions and investor types
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
