At Butterfly Network, we're revolutionizing medical imaging with our cutting-edge technology. We're seeking a seasoned Vice President of Product to join our team and drive our product strategy forward.

About the Role

The Vice President of Product will be responsible for developing and executing our product roadmap, aligning with our overall strategic objectives and commercial goals. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and manage a high-performing team, drive innovation, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver value via new capabilities and innovation.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical to conceive, build, test, and launch viable data products.
  • Build strong working relationships across the company to achieve repeatable and consistent product delivery.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned product leader with a strong track record of product invention and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of product strategy and/or management experience in enterprise SaaS and B2B health tech or medical device companies.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the hospital/healthcare domain.
  • Deep strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills, with proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
