Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage our commercial client base. This role involves engaging with enterprise-level customers to promote our internet and telephone services. You will be tasked with identifying new sales opportunities, understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and finalizing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives, including outreach through calls and in-person visits, needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale support.
  • Negotiate contracts with key decision-makers in telecommunications to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
  • Oversee installation projects in collaboration with various teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding information, support, pricing, and joint proposals.
  • Assist in responding to demand sales requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales/service team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telecommunications and internet sales to large businesses and government accounts, utilizing relationship management and systems sales techniques.
  • Ability to engage and sell to C-level executives.
  • Experience in consultative sales, customer needs analysis, and service improvement planning.
  • Technical knowledge related to network design and local access services.
  • Familiarity with both switched and dedicated services, including end-user and carrier applications.
  • Understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and tools.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology environment.
  • Exceptional skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Extensive experience in building a client base.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
