Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Deskpro. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Deskpro's software solutions to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Deskpro remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a software or technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
