- Master Our Products: Maintain expert knowledge of Sock Club's product suite and sales process to close deals that align with client goals.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing teams to create effective outreach and drive adoption of our products.
- Provide Top-Notch Support: Be the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, overseeing order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Track Your Success: Monitor and forecast account metrics, ensuring you meet and exceed revenue goals.
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at the Director and VP levels.
- Experience in the Distributor and Promotional Products industries (a big plus).
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, reporting tools, and sequences.
