About the Role:
As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition in our small business segment. You will join a high-performing team of sales professionals working for an AI-first B2B software company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from lead to close, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the Sybill value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our AI-driven sales stack.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, providing accurate monthly forecasting and sales projections.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a significant advantage.
- Quota Crusher: Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
- Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
- Discovery: Proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers, providing valuable insights to drive product development and improvement.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a humble attitude, a willingness to help others, and a desire to learn and adapt to new situations, ensuring the success of both your team and our customers.
- High Energy and Startup Attitude: Operate with high energy, possess strong problem-solving skills, and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Must be based in the US.
