Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Position Overview:
As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of various compensation and personnel record transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of these transactions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the meticulous data entry of compensation and personnel records.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to guarantee the precision of transactions.
- Enhance processes related to the management of HR transactions.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and conduct audits related to Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS.
- Review and process status changes, deductions, appraisals, terminations, and other HR-related transactions.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to address and resolve transaction-related issues.
- Support new managers in navigating HR processes and documentation.
- Input rate changes for both union and nonunion positions, ensuring accuracy.
- Facilitate merit increases and oversee the merit process to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist employees and managers in resolving non-benefit related issues within the HRIS.
- Coordinate with the time and attendance team to gather essential employee information.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience with HRIS systems or a combination of education and relevant experience.
