Position Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of various compensation and personnel record transactions. This position ensures the accuracy and promptness of all HR-related processes while enhancing the efficiency of these workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the data entry and management of compensation and personnel records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Review and process all employee status changes, including deductions, promotions, terminations, and other relevant transactions.
  • Assist managers in navigating HR processes and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Facilitate the input of rate changes and merit increases for both union and nonunion positions.
  • Support the merit increase process by coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide assistance to employees and managers in resolving non-benefit-related issues within the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate with the time and attendance team to gather essential employee information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience with HRIS systems or relevant training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
