Position Overview

The Senior Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role within the senior management team, tasked with the comprehensive assessment, planning, direction, implementation, and evaluation of all Human Resources initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations. This position will primarily focus on operations in the United States while also providing oversight for international locations.

  • HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications:
