Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and projects to drive business outcomes, focusing on Talent Management, Culture, Development, and Employee Experience.

  • Employee Experience: Create and maintain a consistent employee experience across the Home Office and enterprise.

  • Project Management: Lead the HR Leadership Team in developing and implementing project and change management standards and practices.
  • Key Projects: Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals and the HR Roadmap.
  • Employee Listening: Organize employee listening approaches to collect valuable information that will be used to improve the employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and alignment with the HR Roadmap.
  • KPIs and Governance: Establish and monitor KPIs to enhance performance and accountability across the team, manage recurrent HRLT meetings and governance processes, and coordinate the HR strategic planning and budgeting process.
  • Communication: Coordinate, contribute, and facilitate transparent and effective communication about key priorities and initiatives, including gathering and compiling information, ensuring accuracy, and drafting correspondence between executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Confidentiality: Exercise exceptional discretion with confidential information.
  • Team Dynamics: Be keenly attuned to team dynamics and stakeholder agendas.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and manage cross-functional and distinct strategic special projects as directed by the CPO, conducting thorough research, and providing well-informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in areas of talent management, talent acquisition, cultural transformation
  • Skills: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, deep knowledge of talent management strategies, excellent verbal and written communications skills, discretion and confidentiality, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Supervisory Responsibility: This position will supervise a Human Capital Intelligence Analyst, lead indirect strategic initiative team members, and serve as a key member of the HR Leadership team
  • Travel Requirements: Travel may be required up to 25% locally or nationally
  • Work Conditions: Hybrid role with expectations of a minimum of 25% of time in the Home Office or other key markets as required
