Field Marketing Manager Overview

In the role of Field Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding revenue and retention objectives for our innovative data solutions in North America.

You will work closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams within a dynamic and rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in demand generation and field marketing strategies to support revenue targets for existing clients and attract new customers.
  • Oversee the strategy, creation, and execution of targeted marketing initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, customer retention efforts, educational programs, field events, industry events/trade shows, webinars, digital outreach, and public relations.
  • Encourage innovative ideas for campaigns and program approaches to penetrate new and competitive markets.
  • Develop engaging campaign content (such as landing pages, emails, and social media posts) that drives high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create account-level marketing strategies for key strategic accounts.
  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences procurement sectors.
  • Manage relevant agencies and third parties in executing marketing programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate all marketing initiatives, optimizing resources against objectives and budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable strategy and marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing demand generation and customer campaigns.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing program planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
  • Experience in managing quarterly and annual program budgets.
  • Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including copywriting for emails, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective team player with a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Background in developing and executing account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience in customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Base Salary:
$75,000 - $135,000

This salary range complies with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this position.

Actual salaries may vary within this range or outside it, depending on experience and location. Our compensation approach considers each individual's unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation types beyond base salary, such as variable bonuses and/or stock options.
