Field Marketing Manager Overview

In the role of Field Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute extensive marketing strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding revenue and retention objectives for our innovative data solutions in North America.

Your collaboration with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams will be crucial in this dynamic and rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the demand generation and field marketing initiatives to support revenue objectives for existing clients and attract new customers.
  • Oversee the strategy, creation, and execution of targeted marketing efforts, including demand generation campaigns, customer retention strategies, educational initiatives, field events, industry tradeshows, webinars, and digital outreach.
  • Be open to proposing innovative ideas for campaigns and program strategies to penetrate new and competitive markets.
  • Craft compelling campaign content (such as landing pages, emails, and social media posts) that drives high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales teams to formulate account-specific marketing strategies for key strategic accounts.
  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and life sciences procurement sectors.
  • Manage relevant agencies and third-party vendors in executing marketing programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Evaluate and optimize all marketing programs, aligning resources with objectives and budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
  • Adept at translating vision into actionable strategy and marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing demand generation and customer campaigns.
  • Skilled in integrated marketing program planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including sales and product marketing teams.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
  • Experience managing quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
  • Proficient in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including copywriting for various marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective team player with a positive outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Background in developing and executing account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus but not essential.

Compensation:

Base Salary:
$75,000 - $135,000

This salary range complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base salary for this position.

Actual salaries may vary within this range or outside of it, depending on individual experience and location. Our compensation strategy considers each person's unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation types beyond base salary, such as variable bonuses and/or stock options.
