Change is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance lifecycle strategies and refine key customer journey elements to stimulate user actions on our platform. You will report to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing. As an integral part of our Lifecycle Marketing Team, you will design, optimize, and elevate dynamic user experiences, mentor lifecycle marketing professionals, and establish a center of excellence.

We are a social impact organization, recognized as the largest platform for social change globally, boasting 100 million monthly users and over 50,000 campaigns initiated each month, all driven by a 100% user-generated revenue model. Our platform enables users to achieve campaign victories for change every hour.

From mobilizing millions to address critical issues like the Amazon fires and humanitarian crises in Yemen, to advocating for justice in the US and global movements, our community has been pivotal in driving significant local, national, and international victories. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to boost user engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
  • Enhance new user retention through the development and management of an experimental roadmap;
  • Design and refine dynamic user journeys and campaigns that deliver measurable results;
  • Guide, mentor, and develop lifecycle marketing professionals, focusing on structured experimentation, storytelling, and data analysis;
  • Streamline processes to enhance the speed of experimentation and content creation.

Essential Competencies:

  • Proficient in lifecycle marketing strategic planning, project management, and data-driven customer segmentation, utilizing technical expertise in lifecycle marketing software to optimize campaigns and craft impactful messaging;
  • Skilled in planning and executing experimental strategies, leveraging insights to amplify the effectiveness of lifecycle initiatives on user engagement and revenue generation;
  • Experienced in collaborating with Design, Product, and Brand teams to deliver outstanding campaigns that resonate with users and foster brand loyalty;
  • Extensive background in customer journey mapping to pinpoint key engagement opportunities;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaborative abilities;
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and managing team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a large-scale consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer technology sector;
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong familiarity with cross-channel marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable or Braze);
  • Experience in expanding marketing efforts beyond email to include web, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation framework is grounded in pay equity, with salaries predetermined based on a salary scale and local labor costs. The annual salary for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is $143,500 in major markets, with variations based on location.
