Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to own our entire marketing funnel, ensuring efficient customer acquisition, high retention, and sustained growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing product-led growth strategies to drive scalable growth, as well as deep experience with enterprise marketing and sales-led marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including owning our entire marketing funnel, ensuring efficient customer acquisition, high retention, and sustained growth.
  • Product-Led Growth: Implement and optimize product-led growth strategies to drive scalable growth, leveraging refined marketing attribution methods to measure and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Enterprise Marketing: Utilize deep experience with enterprise marketing to support sales teams selling software to large corporations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Sales-Led Marketing: Secure customers for prosumer software across diverse channels, with a focus on acquiring small and mid-market teams at scale.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, investing in and supporting them with the resources and infrastructure to scale.
  • Marketing Analytics: Leverage marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform strategies and drive results, ensuring effective management of marketing budget to optimize ROI.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Over 7 years of leadership roles within the prosumer SaaS industry, with a minimum of 2 years served as a Vice President in Marketing.
  • Product-Led Growth Experience: Proven ability to implement and optimize product-led growth strategies to drive scalable growth.
  • Enterprise Marketing Experience: Over 4 years of B2B enterprise marketing, supporting sales teams selling software to large corporations.
  • Sales-Led Marketing Expertise: Proficient in securing customers for prosumer software across diverse channels, with a focus on acquiring small and mid-market teams at scale.
  • Marketing Attribution: Sophisticated understanding of marketing attribution models and methodologies, encompassing both B2B and B2C perspectives.
  • Marketing Analytics: Adept at leveraging marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform strategies and drive results.
