Director of Foodservice Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Foodservice Marketing Strategy to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in the foodservice channel.
Key Responsibilities- People Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals to deliver innovative and effective marketing programs that engage consumers and drive sales growth.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Marketing Program Development
- Design and execute marketing programs that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the foodservice channel.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI and maximize marketing investments.
- Internal and External Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, category management, and customer service teams.
- Partner with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing programs and services.
- Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics.
