Job Description

Fello Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Development: Create and manage your own pipeline using our relationship-focused approach, identifying and engaging new prospects through creative and persistent strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Outreach: Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods, including cold calls, warm calls, emails, and other strategic campaigns.
  • Client Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients, leveraging your market knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the carrier account managers and operations team to seamlessly onboard and manage new accounts.
