Job Summary:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring exceptional resident care, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the community, including resident care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies, including marketing, sales, and community outreach.
  • Financial Management: Manage the community's budget, including revenue growth, expense control, and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction, including regular communication, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality care and services, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Family Services: Develop and implement family engagement strategies, including regular communication, events, and support services.
  • Business Acumen: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or social services.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living operations, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Senior Living Executive (CSLE) or the Certified Administrator (CA), are preferred.
