Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the Toshiba TV segment.
  • Formulate both immediate and long-term strategies to meet critical performance indicators for the Toshiba TV division, focusing on distribution, pricing, promotional activities, and profit and loss management.

Market Analysis:

  • Remain informed about market share, trends, and promotional strategies within the TV category; assess the competitive landscape and devise winning strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments, including marketing, supply chain, business planning, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.

  • Ability to assess inventory and forecast sales for specific models to meet management objectives and market share goals.
  • Familiarity with retail channel dynamics (mass, specialty, club, regional, e-commerce) and strategies for effective management.
  • Experience in consumer insights and preferences, translating them into product and promotional strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Passionate about driving growth through innovative product management and go-to-market strategies, with a knack for solving complex challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
