Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing with expertise in person-centered sales training to take on a pivotal role in our organization.

Position Summary:

The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for guiding senior living communities in achieving their occupancy goals while delivering exceptional sales training focused on resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead Sales Directors to meet and exceed sales objectives, fostering accountability at the regional level.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to analyze sales and marketing metrics, crafting strategies within the approved budget to ensure positive outcomes and return on investment.
  • Support Housing Directors by providing ongoing coaching and creating a cooperative atmosphere for sales teams.
  • Work alongside operational, clinical, and financial teams to meet occupancy targets.
  • Engage with development partners, investors, and all organizational staff to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Recruit and onboard top-tier sales professionals.
  • Guide the sales team through the evolving landscape of healthcare.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, incorporating social media, community outreach, internal marketing, and public relations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Craft clear communication strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with the organization's brand.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software to assist Sales Directors in advancing prospective sales.
  • Partner with the Communications and Content Marketing Manager to establish positive media relations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or sales management experience, specifically in senior living.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience leading sales teams across diverse markets is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
