Business Development Manager

Life Biologics is a leading distributor of advanced biologics, offering a comprehensive portfolio of products to support wound care solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute strategic sales initiatives to expand business within designated areas
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Gain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate benefits and applications to clients
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field related to life sciences, healthcare, or business
- 1-3 years of direct selling experience, preferably within wound care or with skin substitutes
- Basic understanding of reimbursement processes and industry regulations
- Base Salary: $75k - $90k
- Total Comp (including variable - uncapped/capped): $200k - $500k + uncapped
- $450/month car allowance
- Expense account reimbursed monthly
- 60% of healthcare premium covered
- 401k + 5% match
- Territory Parameters: PA, NJ, DE, MD- DeNoVA
- Acceptable Candidate Location: Close to an airport- major metros and surrounding
