Business Development Manager

Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their Marketing and Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth by supporting major business development efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate closely with practice group leaders, attorneys, and administrative departments to ensure all business development projects align with client needs and firm goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts for the Insurance and Labor/Employment Law practice areas
  • Manage the end-to-end process of major proposal and pitch creation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and data that will inform business development strategies
  • Research companies, markets, and industries to craft strategic pitches and ensure the firm remains competitive in the market
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance proposal processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of business development experience with a focus on proposal and pitch development
  • Experience in legal services/large law firms is highly preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze data and leverage CRM, experience management, and new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
