Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Your primary goal will be to educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
