Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Territory management of a geographical area
- Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Requirements

- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required
- You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
