Accounts Payable Specialist

Dentive, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at our headquarters in Provo, UT.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for several companies
- Manage accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Perform monthly reconciliation and data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
