As a Business Development Manager at Jeffkinsurance, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We are seeking an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivated and able to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
