Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and financial profitability
- Manage opportunities on government portals and handle RFI/RFP solicitations
- Nurture client relationships through industry events and leverage expertise to qualify opportunities
- Guide proposal efforts and ensure competitive edge
- Contribute to the development of organization's objectives and strategic plans
- 5+ years of experience tracking or building a pipeline for Federal RFPs, RFQs, etc.
- 1+ year of experience as a business development manager
