About the Business Development Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Ingenia Agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale, and will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing information about products and services
  • Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service
  • Packing products on shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Informing customers about sales and discounts
  • Communicating precisely with customers about goods and services
  • Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as needed
  • Operating the cash register and scanner

Requirements for the Business Development Manager role include:

  • Experience as a Sales Advisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
  • High school diploma or relevant certificate
