Business Development Manager

At FedWriters, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives in the federal sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing strategies to drive business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze opportunities on government portals, including GSA MAS, OASIS, and others.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint-based repositories to support business development efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and win rate analysis to identify opportunities and develop proposal capture plans.
  • Attend industry events and meet with clients to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements.
  • Disseminate data calls and organize necessary proposal inputs to support business development efforts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience tracking or building a pipeline for Federal RFPs, RFQs, etc.
  • 1+ year of experience as a business development manager.
  • Experience in a federal sales and analysis environment.
