Job Overview

Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and client acquisition through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development and marketing plans to drive growth and client acquisition;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting our clients and competitors;
  • Collaborate with lawyers and other stakeholders to identify business development and marketing opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction;
  • Manage and oversee marketing budgets and resources to support business development and marketing initiatives;
  • Travel as required to attend meetings, events, and conferences to represent Fawkes IDM and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (with an emphasis in marketing or business preferred);
  • 6+ years of experience as a business development/marketing professional at a law firm;
  • Experience in Corporate and Tax;
  • Proven experience supporting growth and client acquisition.
