Business Development Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at DFM Development Services, LLC. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our client base in Maryland.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase our presence in the Maryland market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure they are aware of all our services.
- Continuously expand our Salesforce database by adding new contacts and leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted email outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
- Existing relationships in the industry to approach for business opportunities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving growth and expansion goals.
