As a Property Leasing Consultant, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. This includes showcasing available apartments, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships within the community. You will also assist in promoting the property, engage in resident appreciation activities, and have the chance to connect with a diverse range of individuals.

Maximize your earnings potential with unlimited commissions in addition to a base hourly wage. The first three months guarantee a minimum of $300.00 per month. Enjoy a work schedule that avoids late weeknights and early weekends.

Starting compensation is $15.00 per hour (or higher based on experience) plus commissions.

As a member of Goldmark, you will benefit from a generous RENT DISCOUNT, whether you work part-time or full-time.

Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance is necessary.
  • Experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certifications such as the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a strong drive to close deals.
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
