  • Design and implement a focused marketing plan to draw in new community members and improve retention rates.
  • Establish and manage programs and initiatives that promote resident involvement and a sense of belonging.
  • Effectively utilize property management software for operational tasks.
  • Oversee financial processes, ensuring accurate billing and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Supervise maintenance activities, staff management, and resident interactions to uphold a secure and inviting atmosphere.
  • Guide and support team members to achieve outstanding service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusivity within the community, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and active engagement in related initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational meetings, training, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in leasing, sales, and property management.
  • Proven sales skills and experience in a multi-family or student leasing context.
  • Strong financial acumen, budget oversight capabilities, and proficiency in standard office applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S. without the need for company sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Commitment to safety standards and ability to work in a moderately noisy environment.
