- Handle incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Strive to achieve full occupancy of the community through effective marketing strategies and maintain a closing ratio of 100%.
- Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries generated through various platforms.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and effectively communicate the advantages of living in the community to diverse audiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
- Support resident retention initiatives and community events.
- Process maintenance requests from residents and relay them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a database of prospective and current residents.
- Keep accurate logs of tours, calls, and information requests.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competition.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to conduct unit showings at various times, including evenings and weekends.
- High energy levels and a positive outlook.
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance.

Qualifications:
- Compensation includes hourly pay with performance-based bonuses.
- A high school diploma is required; pursuing a four-year degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is advantageous.
