Support Manager for Property Operations

As an integral part of our Property Management Leadership team, the Assistant Property Manager 4 collaborates closely with the Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial dimensions of their designated multifamily residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Areas of focus encompass resident relations, financial management, and property oversight.
The Assistant Property Manager 4 plays a pivotal role in assisting with the formulation and execution of a marketing and sales strategy aimed at achieving optimal occupancy rates while ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
This position leads the property management team in delivering exceptional service to residents, addressing their inquiries, needs, and concerns with promptness and professionalism.
Compensation: Starting pay is $22.58 per hour (or more based on experience)

Essential Duties Include:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to lease apartments.
- Engage in daily advertising and marketing of properties through various platforms.
- Conduct property tours and present available apartment homes to prospective residents, applying product knowledge to secure leases.
- Maintain customer management systems to foster relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring thorough documentation of all communications.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to devise and implement a tailored marketing strategy that attracts new residents, aligns with Goldmark's brand initiatives, and enhances resident retention.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification or similar credentials are preferred.
- Experience in customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven sales skills and the confidence to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations regarding multifamily housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.
- Prior experience in property management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
