The Assistant Property Manager 4 serves as a vital member of our Property Management Leadership team, collaborating closely with the Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial elements of our multifamily residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive resident relations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage financial operations effectively.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and resident retention.
  • Lead the property management team in delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to resident inquiries and concerns.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to lease available apartments.
  • Engage in daily advertising and marketing of properties through various platforms.
  • Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents, applying product knowledge to facilitate sales.
  • Maintain customer management systems to build and document relationships with both prospective and current residents.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to devise and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with the Goldmark brand and enhance resident retention.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification or similar credentials are preferred.
  • Experience in customer service with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven sales abilities with a confident approach to closing deals.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding multifamily housing and Fair Housing.
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
