Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role involves fostering and nurturing relationships with residents, showcasing available units, promoting the property, and managing follow-up initiatives with potential tenants.   • Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Strive to achieve full occupancy of the community through effective marketing strategies and maintain a closing ratio of 100%.
  • Address all leasing inquiries received via the website or other communication channels.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and effectively communicate the advantages of residing at the property to diverse audiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
  • Support resident retention initiatives and events.
  • Receive and process maintenance requests from residents, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential and current residents.
  • Keep detailed logs of tours, calls, and information requests.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess competition.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to conduct unit showings at various times, including evenings and weekends.
  • High energy levels and a positive disposition.
  • Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate Roers Property Management's core values of integrity, service, innovation, and courage.

Education and Experience:

  • Compensation includes hourly pay with performance-based bonuses.
  • A high school diploma is required; pursuing a four-year degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is advantageous.
