POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee our on-site property teams and ensure that service standards and sales objectives are met. As a Community Manager at Enclave Property Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training, leading, and establishing goals for the on-site property team, including Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Resident Ambassadors.
  • Managing all aspects of on-site operations, encompassing sales processes, resident interactions, vendor partnerships, and property aesthetics.
  • Enhancing property financial performance through contract negotiations, market assessments, competitive rental strategies, and innovative income-generating initiatives.
  • Overseeing the monthly delinquency and collection processes, including filing small claims, approving payment arrangements, and liaising with residents facing payment challenges.
  • Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in residential management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Appfolio is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements.
  • Proven ability to lead independently and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address daily challenges effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
