Job Summary

The Strategic Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding relationships with Third-Party Administrators, benefits brokers, and consultants. This position requires a strong understanding of the PBM and health insurance space, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed growth targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through direct calling, in-person presentations, trade shows, and other initiatives.
  • Enter timely and complete information of all sales encounters and pipeline activities into internal systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic retention and growth plans, working closely with the Clinical Account Executive to ensure successful renewal and retention of existing business.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with assigned TPAs, benefits brokers, and consultants, maintaining a solid knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of previous sales and account management experience within the PBM and/or health insurance space.

Compensation and Benefits

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $120k-$150k+, plus uncapped commission structure, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401k plan with company match.
