Optical Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional optical experience for our guests by providing personalized service, recommending high-quality eyewear, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring guests receive the best possible vision solution.
- Assist guests in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and providing expert advice on eyewear selection.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by treating guests and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
