Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

FECON, LLC is a leading manufacturer of vegetation management equipment, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Fecon land clearing equipment and construction attachments to land clearing contractors and construction equipment dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers/dealers within the assigned sales territory.
  • Act as the liaison between the dealer/customers and other departments within Fecon.
  • Train dealers on all aspects of the Fecon product line, including product knowledge, product operation, product pricing, and marketing co-op.
  • Assist dealers with demos and start-up trainings.
  • Implement and review business plans with dealers, including inventory levels, annual sales goals, and dealer scorecards.
  • Monitor market conditions in relation to competitive products, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain customer data and lead conversions within Fecon's CRM.
  • Meet or exceed market share and sales revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent education required; preference for 4-year degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years business-to-business sales experience; experience in sales of construction equipment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% within the assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Ability to safely drive and operate machinery.
