Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth for our Recovery Sciences product lines.

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, engaging physicians, clinic staff, and device users, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clinical science and Enovis platforms. You will also conduct technical and clinical product education for customers, prospects, and patients, and coordinate with technical engineering services to develop tailored solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate customer relationships and engage physicians, clinic staff, and device users
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical science and Enovis platforms
  • Conduct technical and clinical product education for customers, prospects, and patients
  • Coordinate with technical engineering services to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Attend national, regional, state, and local trade shows and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of proven experience in medical device sales, with a focus on territory management preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical science and technical product knowledge
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
