About the Job- Immediate opening based on market expansion in the greater Atlanta area
- Based in the Atlanta area, with an existing client base to leverage relationships for cross-selling and lead generation
- No insurance experience required; we'll teach, train, and license you to pivot into the industry
- No insurance experience, but successful B2B sales experience? No problem Many of our most successful account executives joined us from outside the industry
- Our hands-on training will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed as a sales consultant
- Regional Vice Presidents will mentor you to create and execute sales plans
Build and mine your own client portfolio with the assurance of stability and growing income opportunities
Arrowhead and our parent company, Brown & Brown Insurance, are expanding rapidly, offering opportunities for career growth and advancement

- Three (3) years of successful outside sales experience and some college coursework preferred
- Successful track record of business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management
$100k-$150k estimated total first year compensation (base salary + commissions)
