Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the medical technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical science and Enovis platforms to provide technical and clinical product education to customers and prospects.
  • Conduct promotional activities, relationship management, and business development to expand our reach and impact.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain contacts, opportunities, and outcomes, and develop a comprehensive sales funnel for sustained opportunities.
  • Drive sales through indirect channels and manage customer and dealer relationships effectively to meet sales objectives.
  • Proactively pursue competitive opportunities and defend against competitive threats to minimize losses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of proven experience in medical device sales, with a focus on territory management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical science and technical product knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
