We are currently in search of an On-Site Service Operations Leader to guide our skilled team of service technicians who expertly manage and support Canon's hardware and software technology solutions, ensuring our innovative clients continue to progress.



Your Impact

We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee:

  • A dedicated team that provides service and support for specific business system products and services, including hardware, document management solutions, and associated software.
  • The recruitment, training, and development of both new and existing technical representatives.
  • Timely resolution of customer concerns to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • The warehousing processes related to inventory and merchandise.
  • The ongoing education and development of the team concerning emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more full-time employees.
  • Experience in service management within the technology sector.
  • Hands-on technical experience with a comprehensive understanding of digital and electromechanical technologies. Familiarity with Internet applications, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities, with a commitment to developing and leading a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
