The Retail Operations Leader ensures that customers receive tailored product suggestions and addresses any concerns by proactively collaborating with staff, serving as a model for best practices in retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an effective manager, trainer, coach, and motivator, fostering a team that excels, achieves, and connects with customers.
- Collaborate, innovate, and lead the team, building exceptional relationships with customers, store personnel, corporate, and vendor partners.
- Communicate comfortably and authentically with others, creating a welcoming environment.
- Exhibit strong visual merchandising skills, passionately translating our brand in a natural and local manner.
- Utilize technology proficiently, including point of sale systems and Windows operating systems.
- Thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment, inspiring others to embrace challenges and think creatively.
- Focus on results, driven to meet and exceed sales targets and retail metrics related to customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily store operations effectively and handle additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of one (1) year of retail management experience, including sales and customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in specialty retail management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
- Effective communication with customers and employees.
- Adaptability and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using technology and a desire to learn the business.
- Ability to manage store cash and product assets responsibly.
- Experience in training new employees and adapting to operational changes.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to stand/walk continuously, lift/carry up to 40 pounds, and perform various physical tasks as required.
Employment Status:
This is a regular, full-time, salaried position, working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
