Your Impact

We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee:

  • A team responsible for servicing and supporting specific business system products and services within designated territories and accounts, including hardware, document management solutions, and associated software.
  • The recruitment, training, and development of both current and new technical representatives.
  • Timely resolution of customer concerns to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • The management of warehousing processes related to inventory and merchandise.
  • The ongoing education and development of the team regarding new technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with 7 years of related experience managing typically two or more full-time employees.
  • Experience in service management within the technology sector.
  • Hands-on technical experience with a comprehensive understanding of digital and electromechanical technologies. Familiarity with Internet applications, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to team development and leadership.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
