Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage front-end and service desk/kiosk associates, provide guidance and training, and ensure that all team members are meeting their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front-end and service desk/kiosk areas, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
