- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
