Your Impact

We seek a proactive individual to oversee:

  • A team dedicated to servicing and supporting specific business system products and services within designated territories and/or account lists, including hardware, document management solutions, and associated software.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing both new and existing technical representatives.
  • Efficiently addressing and resolving customer concerns to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the warehousing processes related to inventory and merchandise.
  • Facilitating the development and education of the team concerning emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with 7 years of related experience managing typically two or more full-time employees.
  • Experience in service management within the technology sector.
  • Hands-on technical experience with extensive knowledge of digital and electromechanical technologies. Familiarity with Internet applications, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to developing and leading a team.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
