Your Contributions:
We seek a proactive individual to oversee:

  • A team responsible for servicing and supporting specific business system products and services within a designated territory or account list, encompassing hardware, document management solutions, and associated software.
  • The recruitment, training, and development of both current and new technical representatives.
  • Timely resolution of customer issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • The management of warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
  • The ongoing education and development of the team concerning emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.

About You:

The Skills & Expertise You Bring:
Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, along with 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Experience in service management within the technology sector.
  • Hands-on technical experience with a broad understanding of digital and electromechanical technologies. Familiarity with Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities, coupled with a desire to mentor and lead a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
